Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at yf3@smail.ucas.edu.ps. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

European Union customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 20 days, in accordance with EU regulations.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider Shopify Payments to process the refund.
