- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or high-demand items may take longer, but we’ll notify you if delays occur.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 9 –14 business days (depending on destination).
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (availability may vary).
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- The customer is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Shipping Issues
- LUMESA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
